After working for several years in real estate development, Sam recognized that he is most passionate about working with his hands to deliver high-quality work for clients.

Sam grew up admiring the handiwork of his grandfather, a talented woodworker, and has a strong eye for detail, quality, and the latest innovations in woodworking tools and technologies, including CAD. He highly values continuous learning and is always working to hone his craft as a carpenter.

Sam was raised in Asheville, NC, earned a bachelor’s degree from UNC-Chapel Hill, and completed additional engineering coursework via NC State University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking with his dog, Maple, traveling, and cheering on the Tar Heels.
